You might find its limits to be a pain in the prick but it's just so dang easy to make things awesome. Though if I had a bigger HDD and wasn't so afraid of money biting me in the butt, I'd get Pixiv Premium and a free DL of Illust Studio.

I've heard a lot of people describe it as "simplified Painter that's stable."
The stabilizers and such make it easy for my jittery hands to make smooth strokes that don't look like they've been over corrected.
