# About me

Born 1965, I have been dabbling in digital artwork for approx 1 year. I'm no expert when it comes to computers or especially how to use editing software. It's a case of learn from your mistakes, and I make a lot of them. I'm also a pastelist specialising in portraiture and am focusing on developing this into a more professional side of life. The portrait side has been part of my life for the last two years. Unemployed, I hope to become self employed as an artist with a range of different skills that I hope will have more appeal to visitors wanting a commissioned work of art.

Thank you for your comments. They are much appreciated. I really like your drawing of the Maori warrior (I'm correct with the Maori part, i hope.) It kind of reminds me with our own Native American portraits and past, especially since I live on an Indian reservation with my wife, who's full blood Native American.
