On [link] you asked the artist if he/she used a mouse to draw in that tutorial - or if not, what he/she did use.

It was a graphic tablet which is like an electronic piece of paper in a way - it picks up signals when you use a special pen, allowing you to draw without having to scan in or anything like that.

Thank you for informing me. In a class I have we have the graphic tablet thing your talking about but I couldnt think of the name of it at the time because I dont really use it.
