it is, i use it all the time and thats how i always get paid for commissions. when you use paypal, you just use an already existing email address to sign up. the one i used was pawvi@hotmail.com, and therefore that is also my paypal address.
do you have a paypal already?

yes I do, should I send you it? because I'm super confused on what to do... I don't know if I'm supposed to search your name on paypal, because when i search pawvi@hotmail.com I just get linked to the hotmail page and I don't have a hotmail... oh god what do I do, I am not good with computer!
