Actually I never been to any Fan Expo! lol. I don't really have the budget for it. I would have to save up some cash so that I can stay there a weekend and make sure I have to pay for the gas as well. I should probably check into it though. It would be a great place to meet some people of the industry and eventually get a few job opportunities. I will try to go to the Montreal ComicCon this coming septembre. I'll try to have a few business cards ready for it and will start passing it around.

Aw man well there's always another year -- by the way, if you ever want/need some tips for doing cons on a shoestring budget, I have a lot of experience with that lol. And yeah conventions are an essential networking point for people like us. I hear Montreal is a good one, but I've only been east the one time so far. Someday!
