Hey, I installed the CSS materials like you said, but now my background and sounds are CSS sounds, and my fire effects are messed up. How do I fix this?

As for the fire hmmmm... I've never had a problem with that.Check Garrysmod.org (or Free Steam.org) for fire effects, as for the background Gmod.org has a photoshop plugin for saving images as a vmt. So you could have any background you want. As for the sounds go to C:/Program Files(or Program Files(86))/Steam/steamapps/(Your steam name)/garrysmod/garrysmod/sound/UI. You can freely edit the music there, just be sure to name startup music gamestartup1 gamestartup2 ect. 👍: 0 ⏩: 0
As for the button sounds, you can use any thing. Custom background example download in the .Zip:
