this reminds me, you asked about House ghei. I hope my description will still keep you interested.
House and Wilson are bestfriends. Wilson, unlike the other doctors who work for House, doesn't have to be with him but chooses to hang out with this arrogant jerk anyway. There was even a period where Wilson lived in House's apartment (after he got kicked out of his own house by his wife).
They're both so snarky and good at pissing each-other off. Yet they help eachother unconditionally, it's shown in really subtle ways. I think the House/Wilson friendship is one of the major dynamic that drives the show. Plus there's an insane amount of subtext in the dialogue.
There was a poll on the official site for House to see which House relationship audience would like best, and surprisingly House/Wilson relationship ranked the most popular. 57%, beat the other House/female characters pairings by far. That's how much subtext there is xD.
