like maybe turning from paper drawing to digital fan art sort to bring the characters i made to life

If you're looking for tutorials, I'm unfortunately not the best person to ask...  There's plenty of those on dA and abroad, though, if you want to learn how to start doing digital work.

okay but i meant that if it possible if not to much trouble that you could turn the the character that i drawn into digital art if possible

I'm really sorry, but I don't work for free.  The only way you can get free art from me anymore is my catching my next kiriban, which in this case is at 30K pageviews.
