C'mmon, the Ranma - Akane thing...
You must have seen the morning fight scene - no wonder she doesn't like guys much - the less said about 'the blue thunder' stalker the better.
and Ranma, the scene where Nabiki and Kasumi put him in Akanes clothes, and the dialog goes something like...
Sisters: 'How is it?'
Ranma: 'The Chest is tight, and the hips are baggy.'
within earshot? - He's got no sensitivity toward women - OK, that's expected, he's a guy, but a guy that's girl a lot of the time.
Never mind the 'No big deal to see a girl naked, I've seen myself plenty of times, and I'm better built toboot' line - right to her face...!

I'd have to disagree - I don't think Ranma ever feels deserving, every injury at her hands from the dislocated neck to the baseball facial bruise is unjust punishment, even when accidental.
On the other hand, she's the only one who can calm him when he's gone cat-fist - yes, another mental aberation you can leave firmly at Genma's door.
I think you should be looking at child neglect or abuse of care rather than domestic violence here....at least as regard the Saotome Family.
Naru Narusegawa though, she deserves everything she gets...she assumes sexual predator from the start and keeps that attitude - personally I'd have dumped her the moment the sweet older ditzy girl turned up.....don't think about Shinobu, don't think about Shinobu, don't think about Shinobu....
And finally, Nabiki doesn't deny anybody money, she likes to know who has it, so she can formulate a plan to get them to give it to her...

I understand and see it fair enough but this is still spousal abuse and I just can't see the relationship between the two. And he stops protesting about being hit by her almost five volumes in as if he accepts it now as if it were a daily part of his life.
It's scary he would be in better relationship with Nabiki only because she would see him as a valued commodity. And It seemed she tried her best to make him go back to Akane because gave her sister a discount something she would never do.
