If you no longer intend to keep the game active, you need to shut down Alpha-Testing account purchases NOW. It is morally reprehensible to continue collecting REAL money from other people when you have no intent of providing services promised. I've sent you a note about this privately, but seeing as you have not responded, this issue will now be made public.
