Go to click Anime Creators, admin area, manage members, go to founders, look for join requests and click the one under join request.

you press "Watch."

I don't know what they are called, but it's like that top task bar at the top of people's profiles. On the far right, there is "watch""note""gift"

You've probably figured this out by now though =\
