Thanks for still dropping by my side of devart... I've really slipped from this community... (mind you i kinda feel like they pushed me away with all this corporate stuff...) but -- once in a while when I do come back, and I see familiar faces and nice, intelligent comments, I regress abit back to the "good ol'days" -- I hope all is going well my friend, and thank you again for your comment on my new painting.
I have no replaced the camera with the brush, but I am still continueing to understand the fine arts and my place in all of it.

I'm -very- happy to hear you're doing well, I'm glad. Things are well, I'm fighting what seems to be onset of the flu. Looking forward to (finally) seeing your pics - at this pace, I'm going to finish developing my NYC pictures before you do.

I was going to reply on your page but since Mr. Sterling got a DD today, my reply might get lost in all of the accolades you are receiving! 
I had no issue with the police and my camera. In fact, I took photos of the police. When we were there, that fellow that ru(i)ns your country was landing at one of the piers (we only found out because we had a booking in the morning for a helicopter ride from that pier.) So, I took the opportunity to take pictures of all the snipers and the police and their motorcycles and the police polishing their motorcycles and I was never once harassed or told to stop taking photos. Maybe I just got lucky.
