Honestly? No one has commented, to date. My family and close friends all know about it, so obviously they don't say anything (other than sometimes congratulating me on how well they're healing, etc.), and strangers have never bothered me about it. I don't know why - I do know I'm lucky, though, because a lot of people get hell for it.
