Hey, by the way! Does MS Paint have some sort of layering ability? I noticed your Paint pictures always look so clean. I was thinking maybe there's a way to get layers that I haven't found...?

EXEPT for "All my neopets". I scanned that one in and used layers on photoshop.
But, nope, no layers on MS Paint. If you want MS Paint with layers, try oekaki.

When it comes to layers (or zooming in really far), I just use Photoshop to lineart, then I colour in MS Paint.
