There are no hard and fast rules or any specific requirements, but your page must be art related "
not trash related". Send me your url with a brief description of your "art" then attach a recent passport size photo of yourself. You should not hold your breath while you wait because it can take anything from one hour to one year before I add the link. On second thought, forget about the photo.

i better go now, i am sure i will see more trash from you tommorow or the day after. if not today. Xeno, quit it, zip it, null it. go do something. cook for example, you are just not an artist as i recall.

It's very annoying to think how many members of this community lose views of their work because people like you dilute the pool with stuff you've copied straight from the internet. It's like getting a mailbox full of spam and having to look for messages you actually wanted. Your submissions of copyrighted artwork which you own no rights to endangers this community in more ways than one. Maybe some people say they like you because you post some picture you found somewhere and they like it or you post some fluff, rubber-stamped comment. But how do you think they'll feel if deviantART is shut down or significantly changed or hindered because of some lawsuit(s) pertaining to the unlawful display of copyrighted material? I, personally, will be quite pissed.

I commented negatively on two of your uploads because they WERE NOT YOUR ARTWORK and you proceeded to slam me with your petty, misguided, retaliatory negative comments on work that I actually did. If you don't like it, fine, and you're welcome to say so; but try not to be a total dickhead and post things like, "dahhhhhhhh!" and, "satisfaction 0 %". If you're such an art aficionado/expert, offer useful, helpful criticism; if you're capable.

When I comment on someone's work (actual work THEY did, not a rip or internet clone), it's a personal, thought out message that takes time and full attention to the work presented. It's my honest appraisal of how their imagery or words moved me, excited my own creativity, or just made me laugh. I can't bring myself to just pat someone on the head with a generic comment so maybe they'll be my "friend". I want them to know that what they do does have real impact or that I may have some suggestion how I think they can do better or we share a common interest in subject matter. I'm not here primarily to socialize (well, yet anyway ) and see how many people will leave me messages. I'm here to expose myself to the amazingly varied and often compelling petals in the bloom of creativity that happens in an environment like this and to add my share as best as I can. Ask yourself why you're here when you have yet to post anything that you drew or photographed your very-own-self or a poem or story or anything but screenshots and copyright violations.

BTW, I'm not sure what all your babbling about me being a "kid" is about. If you had a lick of sense you could look at my deviant info and see I'm old enough to be your father. You might also pause to take notice that when I told you you were doing something wrong you were the one who began having the childish tantrum. So, I suggest you're the one who needs to "grow up". You also need to follow the rules and CREATE SOMETHING!

Also, I'm amazed that you seem to think I have a poor grasp of my native language. I do very well at comprehending English, thank you. You, however either don't understand a number of things or you just ignore them, that's why I tell you to try hard to understand the rules here. I accept that English is a second language for you and it's great that you're bilingual (multi?). That's a fine achievement. I personally only know little bits of a few other languages. Still, that doesn't excuse you from not following the rules. If you didn't comprehend the nature of this site or the sanctity of copyright, you should have asked before signing up or at least before posting someone else's work.

The bottom line is that you simply need to stop posting other's work and stop spamming my page. If you drag this out with more abuse of the rules and poking at me, It will end poorly for you because you are not abiding by the spirit of this site with your uploading of other's work and, if you persist in forcing yourself into my line of sight, I'll petition your relocation to the circular file.

well well guys, as you can seen over here that the KID has spoken again. if you can read english like normal people Xeno, i have clearly stated that the paint is not mine, and i have made a link. so dont try and create a problem out of nothing. if you want you can go and check every single submission of mine, that there is a link and that there is no violation what so ever. anyways, i think you should ask the people around... i am sure that many of them like the art that i post and i am sure that they know it is mostly not mine, so if you are feeling jealous, pls you are welcome to copy me, but make sure that you link it to FreeDoma
by the way dont get too excited, you know the more you are in stress the more your life will shorten. and go back to school and learn english as a second language.

freedoma, in regard to your petty, little assault in my deviant comments: Your "work"?! What "work" is that??? You haven't shown one piece of your own original art. None. Nada. Nil. The big goose-egg. Zip. Zilch. ZERO! Posting screenshots with someone else's art on your desktop and uploading images that you had nothing to do with, without the creator's knowledge or consent, is NOT work, nor is simply applying a filter or two or adding some text to an image you had no part in creating (which would be the absolute most you've done so far). What it is is waste of time for people to have to sift through in search of art created by members of this community, a waste of bandwidth, a waste of deviantART drive space... See a pattern here? It is also a violation of the submission agreement you must accept before uploading. Take a moment to read those rules sometime, especially item #6 articles a-c:

That means you post work that YOU MADE, is not protected by copyright (public domain) or (though not specifically stated but legally acceptable) used within guidelines of fair use (which only your desktop screenshots are about within site of), or else you have permission from the creator of the work to publish it. Getting a shot from [link] and uploading it in spite of the following notice on their site is outright idiocy:

Perhaps your country doesn't acknowledge U.S. copyright law, and that's fine, but the deviantART servers are bound by those laws, meaning that if you violate copyright your images will be deleted. So, don't blame me, blame a law that PROTECTS ARTISTS.

BTW, I never even got to report your copyright infringements. They were DELETED most likely because the work was widely known and recognized as NOT YOURS before I even posted my observations. So, shut your trap and create your own damned art, obey the rules, and stop polluting my page with your childish, misdirected, retaliatory bullshit. Capish?!
