the bruisesIt's often the blunt implements that do
the most damage so why are they all
backing away from my sharp edges into
the roaring traffic; it's not like a little
papercut is nearly as likely to hurt them
as an 18-wheeler, even if the invisible slice
stings like a bitch while the big collision
would be over in seconds (if they're lucky
anyway), yet it happens over and over
again because words should be silenced
and feelings are scary and this stark reality
is hard to escape in the cold light of morning
when your own bloody fingerprints around
your own bruised throat are clear for all to
witness yet someone still discreetly pulls
you aside in quiet concern that your non-
existent partner is abusing you; how does
one even respond to that when all you
want to do is scream at them for noticing
how your very own hands want to break
you, every fibre of your being wants to
destroy you because there's nowhere
else to direct all that anger and hurt
and resentment and anxiety and guilt
and wanting to

I have not started any for awhile now. I want to write but I've been dealing with writer's block. I see that your new to DA. Do we by chance know each other or did you stumble upon my work? Or is this an alt account?

Yes! I read two of your poems (or whanever you call) and I like how you write! You're the second writer I read on DeviantArt.
Maybe I should do literatures too, so I can practice more. I was writer before being an illustrator and animator, and I know I should write and read more. Maybe DA will give me motivation to write!
If I write, I'll certainly write in French and English, but more in French. I'm more comfortable with my native language, I don't know how to describe things well in English. I could alternate both depending of the subject.

I know I have an unfinished story and a main project, they could be both the subjects I could choose.
Seriously, it's not that bad if my writing is unknown. I will write for myself and for practice again writing (because I write all the time in English except with occasional French). I'm probably better in writing than in drawings so I'd like to try writing again.
