Info: Hoodie is a shy yet mysterious little Cheemari, who can be serious yet kind once you be to know him. He lives in the Forest of Nightmares in an underground hidden cottage, with the entrance being a tree stump. He is quiet and Doesn't talk much, but he knows almost every inch of the forest. He's quick-footed and he is the Cheemari of Halloween. He knows more than it seems. Hoodie knows about the origin of the Colors, And he also knows about The Prophecy Of The Six Heroes that save Rumenthia. Hoodie is usually serious, but sometimes shows his feelings towards others. He has a bit of a crush on a female named Holly, but he doesn't say a word about it. His hoodie is made entirely out of leather and pumpkin strings, which stay secure when he's hopping from rooftops. He hides in his cottage, only coming out to look for food, but he makes sure stays hidden. And he comes out once a year to the Realm of Lightness to bring trickery, on Frightmare Night, or as humans call it, Halloween. He is an expert prankster with a good sense of humor plus he knows magic, yet he's afraid of heights and can go crazy if put too much stress. But he has a story, a story about how he became the Cheemari of Frightmare Night.
Looong Ago, In a time of old, Greyscale had just been banished for his behavior, and the weakened kingdom had been trying to repair itself after all the damage that had been done. And at this time, a beautiful baby was born. He was named Hoodie, his name based off of his great grandfather, Hoodsworth Halloween. Hoodie was a charming fellow as the years went by. He learned to read and write in school and he learned how to sow, like his family, for they owned a sowing shop. But he didn't want to be like the rest of his family. He was fascinated in the great legends of Rumenthia. He would spend his free time reading legends and tales from the past, believing every one of them. He wanted to be a legend himself. So when he was old enough, Hoodie left his home and explored the great unknown, his heart full of confidence. He would sometimes stop to make a friend or two, but he knew he had to leave soon.
Soon after he learned more about Greyscale, and he knew things he had never known about him, for his parents NEVER DARED speak of this monster. And he never put much thought on him. He was always told Greyscale was just a being that had terrorized the entire country, but nothing else. He was never told why. So Hoodie decided to find out for himself. He read books about him, and he discovered Greyscale wasn't just a terrorist, he was a god, the god of Darkness. And he took over Rumenthia because he was tired of being ignored and hated. His heart was full of jealousy and hatred by his shimmering Sister, Princess Spectra. Hoodie was amazed. How could he have not known such things? That explained why he was a bit poor during his childhood, why he was homeschooled, why he was sometimes never allowed to play or even go outside. This was something he would never forget, nor did he want to forget. Greyscale had left a permanent mark on all of Rumenthia. But Hoodie didn't like this. How could he had been so selfish, so horrible, so....evil? After thinking he soon realized Hoodie wanted his legend to be told, so no one could forget what he did.
So he set of once again and picked a certain day of the year, October 31, so his story could be remembered. On this day, Hoodie would travel through out the land, giving spooks to everyone and spreading the story. He pulled pranks, decorated the walls and trees with frightening fake spiders, ghosts, ect. During this period he learned how to use magic, to help him with his tricks. He named this day Frightmare Night, based off of Greyscale's story, so it would never be forgotten.
But people began to wonder of this new Holliday. Folks were confused, scared, some even thought Hoodie was doing this to worship Greyscale, so they were even angered. Cheemaris with pitchforks and torches went after the little Cheemari. Hoodie was on the run for a while, and during this, he made his own hoodie, to cover half of his face, while he was in a Pumpkin Patch. But later, he was finally caught. He was questioned and sent on trial, but Hoodie failed. He was sentenced to death, was beaten, stoned, thrown off a cliff, and died on October 31..
King Saturn knew the truth, though he could not go against his own people. He only wanted the god's story to be told, for he was so fascinated in it. So, he gave Hoodie a second chance. The mighty god brought Hoodie back to life, and apologized for what had happened to him. Because everything was a misunderstanding, Hoodie was given eternal life, and his holiday became official. It would be on October 31, like Hoodie had wanted, and he became the Cheemari of Frightmare Night. And while doing this, he gave the young Cheemari a black crescent on his chest, to represent the true spirit of Frightmare Night.
