Thank you. I am somewhat of a beginner with a DSLR so trying out new stuff and not sure what direction my style will eventually take but i do like abstract.

You don't have to go in any one direction, you will develop styles.
You have a natural eye for a good shot, the trick is to see everything within the scene that presents itself and choose the whole or various details within it. I like to be a generalist rather than limit myself.
Everything has shape and form and reflects light and is worth a closer look.
