Yep. If people will do things like go to the McAfee website where they can check-out and see if the site is known for attacks etc... Heck! Download and update things like AVG and Malwarebytes. Plus there free.

Eh, a lot of people have an antivirus, but sometimes, such as the way you get that virus, it just downloads itself. Guess it depends on how good your antivirus is.
