No, it's not an anime. BUT I've heard rumors that next year there's going to be a movie by Tim Burton based off of it, I've seen pictures of Johny Depp playing the Mad Hatter for his movie.
Good luck finding the game. It's for the computer and made way back in 2000, I'd try ordering it online.
Also, I think Marilyn Manson, and Nine Inch Nails have something to do with the game to, So I've read.
