The Hong Kong ProtestsThe protests in Hong Kong is the next Vietnam War
So I was watching the news lately which in the West it is starting to show the riots in Hong Kong that only the Asian Networks showed here in Canada and I have to say...
....the whole thing makes me think of the Vietnam War in the 1960s of Communism vs Democracy.
My parents were in South Vietnam as a Chinese minority during the time of the Vietnam War and they these days have forgotten what happened to their beloved home in South Vietnam being taken over by the Communist North Vietnamese...
.......the same thing is now happening in Hong Kong and China trying to take them over.
Hong Kong much like Vietnam were both part of China long ago then the Europeans came and expanded their territory into both places.
Vietnam became culturally French for awhile and Hong Kong being culturally British.
Both countries had situations where Communism wants to takeover. North Vietnam wanting to reunite with South Vietnam through the means of Communism is
