Thank you! Ah, Scotland. This last winter we've had non-stop rain and two hurricanes. Things like that make me wish I lived in Germany!

Hurricanes?Really?I suppose you'd like it here then, this year it has rarely been below zero degrees, and our rain is usually more of a drizzle.It feels more like fall than winter...

Last time I visited Germany (Hamburg and Berlin) it was almost tropical! I guess the winters here are usually pretty drizzly. Its just been a miserable winter this year. Have you ever been to the UK?

Well it can get rather hot here during the summer.Yes, I have in fact been to London, and I'm pretty sure it rained at least once during my visit.But it was still extremely nice, and anyway, it can't rain all the time.

Ah yes, well the UK on average gets a couple of weeks of very warm weather. Scotland, slightly less warm. We have warmer winters too, though. It doesn't often get below freezing. When were you in London?

Who knew you could converse so extensively about the weather?According to a ticket I bought for the tube that I for some reason never threw away and the upload date of the photographs taken in London...June of 2010.

2010 also. I think it was around August / September time, though. I was backpacking Europe and Germany was one of my favourite parts. If I visit again, would you recommend anywhere in particular? As I said, i only covered Hamburg and Berlin.

oh, that's nice.I'm more from the south, but in general I'd say there are nice landscapes pretty much everywhere, I can't really think of anything in particular.
