I apologize ahead of time if the aforementioned drawing was out of charity, but in the event that she paid any form of currency for it -

I believe if she commissioned, and paid for a particular piece of artwork from you(and I will mention ahead of time, since I do not wish to scroll through your profile, that I am not aware of the arrangement between you two on this) it is standard etiquette of commissions that the consumer, unless previously mentioned by the artist before payment is sent, gets the right to manipulate the piece inside the terms of your agreement (which, if I may mention, is only subject to what your previous responsibility as the artist was to mention). Nonetheless, it baffles me that despite you mentioning that it is indeed ~iSaso 's character, regardless of whether or not you drew it, you would attack her like this on her own public profile in such a rude manner. That is bad sportsmanship, at least in my opinion; and while you may think that I am not entitled to share it in this given situation - as her watcher, you have given me full dibs to see what was no doubt intended to be a private message; if you had any sense of decency at all. Anyway, it does not reflect well on you as a person, or a professional for that matter, to be cracking down so hard on people who cropped a small image of something they hold partial ownership to in such a rude manner. In fact, you should be flattered that she chose to use your image above the multiple other depictions she has of the character, at all.

Anyway, in the latter case,

The person who paid for the art wasn't me. It was paid for by a friend. You are right that her selling the art sold her rights to the art. he rights are now with the person who bought the art. Yourfour has no rights to the picture anymore being that she sold it. I need permission from Erik to use it.

adding on to that, the person who bought the art gave me permission to use is any which way I please. So it doesn't matter if you allow it or not. You have no rights to it anymore.
