First, I think, you need to decide how magic works in your universe. Is it caused by the dreamtime? Is it something people carry with them? Do creatures on the dreamtime give it out to those they consider worthy? These are things to think about. I'll wait for your answer before delving any deeper. Have a great day.

Hey dude, I apologise for the late reply.

Anyway, I've been rethinking the Dreamtime aspect and decided to scrap it for something a little bit different. My idea is that as the multiverse can be broken down into simple equations and formulae, deeper studies into the science of mathematics have led to the foundation of the Mystic Arts. Nearly every magic user knows of this source and generally use it to protect humanity. Unfortunately, as thou who knows the complexities of mathematics could potentially reshape the world as they would see fit, many... unsavoury characters, let's say, have attempted to use this knowledge for corrupt means. Fortunately, a series of magical academies have opened up around the world - each with the purpose of training future generations to combat the wicked.

You might also consider reading "Dreams In The Witch House" by H.P. Lovecraft. It's a horror story, but it delves into similar ideas about magic and the multiverse.

No prob. This is awesome. Since magic is linked to the multiverse, you might consider creating world's where different types of magic come from. For example, love spells would come from the Realm of the Heart or some such place. This would also allow you to create heroes who come from these other worlds. Just a thought. Have a great weekend.
