I've just recently taken off my works from DA because I realized I could no longer commit to the community and I don't like the idea of my works sitting idly in cyberspace. I might try posting again later, but right now I'm commiting myself to building a new portfolio for an end of the year submission. Having said that, I still check in to DA once in a while because I really do enjoy looking at some of the artworks posted here. So feel free to drop me line if you want to have a chat.

Well I'd say your works aren't sitting idly in cyberspace.

(1. Your copies do, because you made traditional drawings and a foto so it's nothing more than a fotocopie...)
2. When is a artwork not Idle ??? I'd say if there are people watching them... Like me

It's a pity that so many talent artists aren't recognized here...

Hey, thanks for your support. I really appreciate it. Right now, I'm at a crossroad between jobs, and I really need all the time I have to commit to my portfolio. It's unfortunate that I'm not allowed to post drawings I've done at work...it'd be a little easier to commit to DA if I could just upload new drawings done for the company. But one day...I might come back with a vengeance

Not yet My friend and I have decided to take a break from the project to work on our individual portfolio for a while. For me, that means brushing up on my 3D modeling skills and setting the character up for animation. I've been very careful not to delete your modeling tutorial link though; that'd be the first place I go back to when I'm ready to make my maquette

That's quite remarkable. I'm actually going to start sculpting a character which I've designed for a short film. It's going to be my first time sculpting with Sculpey, and quite honestly, I'm a little intimidated. Your works have been a great source of inspiration. Thanks!
