Hmm, that works! My story line is sorta in the past still; Taking it IRL time frame was redonk, so I set it about 2 years after. That way it still had relevancy for me. 8D Shaanty better hope Devyn is in a good mood when she finds out he still talks to Jake. o_o; We all know how jelly she gets. It'd be about the most realistic way to go about it...cause you know Jackie's pride is the number one reason he still breaks out into hives if someone even dares to mention Luke.

I've been chatting RPs with people with other non-dolly characters, and just like "MAN. BACK IN THE DAY...I RP'D LIKE NO ONES BUSINESS"
And I've been reading all your writings on tumblr and it's giving me all the write-y feels ;3;
Even though like all of my "Book of Luke" characters are gone :/
"meadow" remains even though he's not REALLY meadow anymore, Joeby is still here but I'm not doing anything with her, Kayson is my incoming Celine - but that's it. And the story doesn't really exist anymore.
Luke is gone, Jake is gone, Sammy, Fiasco, Riley are gone, Hannah/Erin's gone X_X
The characters definitely still exist in my mind, but I got on this like dollhearty / girly kick and obviously my band of awkward Charleston dollies didn't really fit the bill... unless they all became cross dressing frilly lolitas... and I think the only person who could MAYBE pull that off is Fiasco - and that's a HUGE maybe.
Makes me smile to see you're still going on the same path though <3Β

Heads up though - they are bitches when it comes to sitting. when you sit them, you need to basically shove her thigh back into her hip until it clicks. And then half the time they still don't want to sit.

OH GEEZE, that would be fun. I've been trying to work in some twists to give my guys some action again! Aww--well even though all the dolls are gone, you still got them...somewhere .3. I was so sad when I read that you were selling Claude!Luke--when I first saw him I was all 'DAAYUM LUKEY...' but I totally understand your tastes moving on. I'm pretty sure Hannah would go on a homicidal rampage if you tried to put her in frills. Your girly girls are cute! Β Jasmine is sorta the doll that really got me liking Chloe, then the more I saw the more I was like '...she could totally fit in'. Β I've tried to get another dolly-universe started and it never works out. I always end up falling back into the same characters but with different names and it was just weird, so I just stopped fighting it XD. Honestly, I'm having more fun now that I've just embraced that these are the dolls/characters I'm going to have. I haven't really decided if I want to get Hopper and Dylan again--I'd really like to, though. I've had a difficult time finding an updated sculpt for Hopper. I'll find a head I like, but he's so gangly...it's hard to find a body to match.
I'm still looking for a new sculpt for Kiefer, he's tough... not that it's hard to find a doll for him, but I've got a list of ones that I'm trying to pick from! I'm sorta waiting to see how the Chicline I've got coming in pans out. She was supposed to be Devyn since Lishe has got some spunk and the curves to work Devyn's wardrobe, but with Chloe inbound...that plan's falling through. I've pretty much decided that Chloe's going to be Devyn, so going to play around with the Chicline to be Kief's girl so I can start really looking for Kiefer. Β Thanks for heads up about Feeple's inability to sit! I read somewhere that they didn't like to sit, but nobody really showed why. I'll look into getting a stand just in case.
OH! Congrats on winning that Leekeworld Luke! I'd like to see what you do with him. (Did I read maybe SamSam? ;3)

hehehe, bulky Luke was fun while it lasted <3 Β Sadly he was floppy when I first got him just because of how heavy all their pieces are, and then, after I sueded him, he became too stiff and I was worried about breaks him X_X Β I shipped him unstrung when I sold him and I actually difficulty getting his knee apart one one of his legs to try and pack X_X I was scared it wasn't going to come apart!
But he's living somewhere in France now, I'm sure he's loving it.

And yes the leekeworld boy will maybe be samsam, but IDK. Samsam (nowadays) is more sass than cutesie, so I think the sculpt is a little too happy cutesy for him.Β
I slightly considered getting twins and making one sammy and one fiasco.
Sammy's still super colorful, but with more a chic modern professional twist.Β
I have another character, Winter, thats a little bit of a younger Meadow mixed with the artsy bit of Luke. And is working better for the mold in my mind - but we will see what he gets here
