I know right, theres nothing better than letting out your thoughts in a creative form, it kind of gives you a feeling of relief

yes and is a great stress reliever! Then later when you look back and see your own artwork its like an emotional photograph of how you once felt. So its also a great way to kind of record you emotions creatively

Yes! I don't think you could have put that any better, its pretty interesting to look back on my sketchbooks more like a diary than random drawings ^^ nice to see someone who has shares the same outlook on these things ^_^
