Hey there, its been a while I hope u r doing good owing to current circumstances I got a few word to say here

Its just a virus that can be defeated with good immunity

Just eat lots and lots of veggies

ABSOLUTELY avoid Sugars and JUNK Food

cut slices of lemon and pour hot water on them ( DO NOT BOIL THE SLICES) just add hot water

and drink

its got vit C a great Immunity booster

and Keep me updated

Oh yea this does not mean u shud not follow the govt instrutcions to saty at home

Hey GudServo,

Thanks for the concerns man. My region is sadly the hardest struck by Corona, I'm not even allowed to go to work due to this and the situation seems pretty grim. I've isolated myself for more than 2 weeks and today is a first that I tried to get some groceries, but man. Stuff is looking pretty bleak. I'm drinking lemon and hot water haha. Been doing it for a week.

No problem my friend!! Oh are you from Italy? also get proper sleep and avoid fried foods as well, u r doing lemon that's awesome but don't forget to make veggies a big portion if not all of your diet. And yes I am here always to talk ( provided I don't get done by it myself ) if you want I can share my whatsapp num so that u can talk to me whenever you want to, talking with someone can help relieve stress and lets hope for the best and dont worry I am sure everything will be fine

No worries about me, I'm hoping that we won't need online therapy lessons anytime soon haha. No I'll just have to bite through this disaster for now. Hopefully things will look better in the upcoming months.
