I'm trying to post more often I work on an animated kids series called Charlie and Company, we've (everybody working on the show) just been so busy it's hard to keep up. If you'd like to take a look at it you can check it out here
www.schoolzone.com/charlie-andβ¦
I also post work in progress pieces to my Facebook page, I'm currently working on an Alice in Wonderland piece
m.facebook.com/jessicabradhamaβ¦
I'm hoping to have more time and energy to make more art and updates starting again in February
If there was anything specific in my art you liked that you'd like to see more of though let me know and I'll keep it in mind as I keep making art moving forward, I love hearing what people think, and when somebody is willing to take the time to encourage me to post more often I figure that person is worth listening to!

wow, i've heard of the apps for that, its really cute!
its great that you are working on something to keep your artistic drive up!
is it possible to upload your alice in wonderland piece on deviantart when finished?
i'd love to see it when completed (assuming that the company you are working for does not mind!)
you have great stuff and your style reminds me of disney mixed with those vintage cartoons.
its lovely!
thank you so much for posting!
^0^

Thanks! I've worked on a lot of apps too for the company who makes Charlie and company. They keep me pretty busy.
I'll definitely be uploading Alice as soon as its done, it's not related to my School Zone work in any way, it's my own personal original work
I wouldn't however be able to upload anything Charlie and Company related. You'd either have to download the apps (free with a freebie in each, then pay for each episode after), or you could check out the Charlie and Company youtube channel (they don't upload full episodes but they do try to put fun little snippets).
Disney and vintage cartoons are definitely my inspiration I'm glad it shows through in my work!

Yeah I've been crazy busy! On top of my 40 hour a week job, I took in a troubled teen (trust me, this does not pay off in the long run, they just get brattier, not worth it!), I'm tutoring, doing volunteer set painting at the community theater, dogsitting on and off, and still trying to keep my sanity
How have you been?

i wish you the best of luck in your work!
as for me, i was hospitalized for being anorexic and may be getting a drawing tablet! (if i win the writing competition)
i am also leaving this deviantart account in two months as i need a fresh start after i get my tablet!
please pray for me!

Absolutely! That sounds quite serious, I hope you are doing better, and I hope you will send me a link to your new account if you make one. Always remember to put your health first, and when in doubt, look to role models who have been there. Demi Lovato, and Ke$ha have both recently been discussing their eating disorders, and I know I also have a love/hate relationship with food. It's a challenge and you fight it every day. But stay strong, put yourself first, and never let people tell you that you aren't awesome just the way you are

thank you for your support!

Hi there, old fan of your artwork. Listen, I'm sorry if I sound rushed or anything, but I was wondering if you took requests (if it isn't too much trouble of course). If you can't, I understand completely. I'll still be watching for your upcoming pics nevertheless.

Hey Thanks for the interest, but I'm afraid I can't, between my full time design job plus fully booked up commissions, I barely have time to even sketch something for myself But again, thanks for the interest

That's no problem at all, I understand. Anyways, take care and keep up the work.

totally it's acually rather sad people close his work deep into their hearst but often don't even know who the person was who gave them the possibility to it.

well now-a-days it's acually hard to find tresures like these even i haven't seen a normal animation movie on the tv that had such lovelyness, today you ahve to find something like that in flashmovies and sadly if they are good and give the right vibe..... they are to short.

It's true People just aren't investing money into 2D animated movies really anymore :/ Princess and The Frog was supposed to lead into Ice Queen (a 2D animated movie) but it was shelfed because Disney wanted Princess and the Frog to make more money then it did.

Riokan In reply to jessijoke [2011-07-20 21:28:27 +0000 UTC]
That is rather sad the Ice Queen is a rather old an classy tale and is from the original quite a sinister one this should be done by Don Bluth disney would ruin the acual dark nature of this one.
