I'm kinda lazy when it comes to photoshop. Most of the wallpapers I did I made using pre-made brushes. I have a few gigs of them. But ya, I use PS almost every day while working on my site (www.gameobserver.com). Each headline pic needs to be formatted in some way.

Formatted how? to what? I can't view the website due to internet restrictions on this computer, so you'll have to show me on this site, maybe I can help. I dabble a bit in web design as well.

Pics need to be cropped, resized, logos need to be added, etc. Sometimes I have to make banners; top headline pics always need to be interesting, etc.

Sorry for the late reply, haven't had the time to type up a reply. I really like the visual design, the banners and whatnot. Color scheme is nice, appealing.
I can't help with PHP, I learned HTML coding. Functionality isn't my forte on html, however I do know Flash and actionscripting, which is commonly used for web sites. I can animate your banners for you, Or your buttons, stuff like that. Rollover effects, on click actions, things of that nature.
