KingK.Rool's getting close to the point where he's moving on from MYM, and it seems that he can't add our new leader, MarthTrinity, as an admin to fill his shoes. Hey again its me, partingwaters, or noseemecoming, anyways I posted a new pic, and I am totally changing my comic due to complications with the previous one, and its actually going to work better this time, I also wanted to know if you have any tips when creating the comic itself such as the boxing part of it.

It's pretty obvious you have access to a decent image editor, so personally I'd recommend drawing the panel borders on the computer--it'll be more precise, and look better in general.
Unless you have specific reasoning for uniformly-shaped panels, definitely mix sizes/placement up.
If you're serious about drawing comics and you haven't read Scott McCloud's book "Understanding Comics"...do so as soon as possible. It's not a technical guide or anything, but it contains a lot of easily-digestible information on how comics work.
Also always center your text, and it probably wouldn't hurt to draw the word balloons on your computer too.
