In light of recent events on Roleplayer.Me I have taken it upon myself to go around to the known Disney artists [like yourself and Briariel and Savatoria etc] to ask a few questions and get your responses. A recent event on rp.me I found a profile that had taken an image from DA. Some edits were added to the image and the artists original watermark/signature had been covered. After further searching for maybe some small form of credit to the DA artist none was found and a full on call out was launched. Now to try and shorten this story up, here are my questions....
1. If someone wishes to use your handmade images on any site, what is the simplest thing you ask them to do?
2. When someone covers up an artists watermark and leaves no visible credit to its originator, what do you call that?
3. If someone accepts a 'gift' knowing its origination is from a artist on DA and continues to accept the gift AND leaves no credit to said artist...are they still accountable for their actions?
I hope you do not mind answering these questions and I certainly welcome any other artists who views this to answer as well.

..... I didn't even need to click those links to know WHO and WHAT you're talking about. Believe me, I died a little inside as well. MY POOR ELIZABETH.

I just want to know... WHY. Who the hell would want to work with her? That's suicide! Unless, they think that by casting her it will get more viewers; people curious to see her first movie since 2010.
I think it's a disgrace to Elizabeth's memory to have her portrayed by a classless and drunken slob. And you KNOWWW if she could say something then she would. Probably rolling in her grave right now.
I love Lifetime.. but.. for Elizabeth's sake I think some serious protesting needs to be done. Apparently Lindsay gets the role only if she obeys court orders and keeps her nose clean. She's kind of a hopeless case at this point that I anticipate/pray she screws up. If only to see someone talented and more deserving get this golden opportunity.
You'd make a better Liz than her

I was...... shocked at the choice myself. I mean, to be perfectly honest Lindsay looks absolutely nothing like Elizabeth, so maybe that's the most puzzling piece to me.
Oh I'm sure Elizabeth would indeed make her opinion known. She said so herself (when she was with us Dthat nobody would play Elizabeth Taylor other than Elizabeth Taylor. I personally think Jennifer Connelly would make a better choice. And as much as I can't stand her, Megan Fox was considered for the role is well and even she would make a better Elizabeth.
I wish Lindsay all the best in getting better, but I really don't know about this project. :\
LOLOL Well OBVIII!!! I could totes magoats rock those eyebrows and violet eyes, amiright?

You're much kinder than I think I've been toward the very notion. I guess I'm failing at that whole turnaround thing. Some pills are hard to swallow. But, realistically, I think the movie is going to be a disaster if they truly insist on her taking part. I can't respect LL anymore.
That said... I'll still probably watch it. Just for curiosity's sake.
I heard that Megan was considered and although I am far from being a fan, I think she'd fit the bill a lot better.
Oh yes, that ET tweet (it was a tweet, wasn't it?) is precisely what came to mind when I first found out about all of this.
Meanwhile... I am still anxious to see My Week With Marilyn. When it was first released I was supposed to see it. Then, at last minute I realize it isn't playing anywhere in my whole city! So, I'm guessing it didn't receive too much praise and I'll have to wait for the DVD. Regardless of the negative things I've heard (well, I've heard mixed reviews, really), I am still interested in it. I don't anticipate any MM movie to ever tell the whole truth without fabrications, and if you know enough about her already you can pretty much decipher what's truth and lies anyway.
This is running long, sorry. Hope you're doing well.
And yes, yes.. you would look like a little doll with Elizabeth Taylor brows and eyes

Ah, I had the same problem with "My Week with Marilyn" I had to drive 45 minutes to go see it. I think..... you'll feel as I did. I was torn. The film was beautiful, like the cinematography was gorgeous as was the costuming and such. Michelle Williams really immersed herself into the role and she did great. However... Marilyn appeared dumb in some scenes and I don't think that was Michelle's doing, I think it was more the script (seeing as it was written by an Olivier Fan). But it was interesting. Didn't learn anything new. Don't really believe she actually had the affair, but it was interesting enough.

Awwh, ya got to see it? Lucky. Guess I'll wait for the dvd.
And, I'm not surprised by any means to hear you say that. Because nobody has ever really gotten Marilyn's character right (script-wise). Wonder when there will be new word of the Blonde remake.
