okay. so here's the most up to date pic I have of them.
These three kids are mutant children created in a lab by an evil corporation known as Celestia Labs. They were created, abused and experimented on in often cruel ways. Their also just three out of hundreds of mutant kids these scientists created. They were separated into five ranks D being the lowest and S being the highest and three classes. Superhuman class, people with super human abilities like super strength mind powers and or super speed and stuff of the like without any elements or animal characteristics. Animalistic class, which is human animal hybrids of various sorts. They come in every shape and size. Lastly there's elemental class. These mutants have control over the elements to varying degrees. fire, electricity, water, earth, you name it. Of course these hundreds of mutants are not the only thing these scientists made. They've delved into other things like the supernatural, being undead, ghosts, and other various eldritch abominations, reviving dinosaurs, and various other dark twisted sciences. So that's some of their background now for the characters themselves.
On the left is Kale. Kale is an eleven year old A class Animalistic mutant of the lizard variety. He's capable of crawling up walls and ceilings like a gecko, swimming through water with the greatest of ease, injecting venom, and seeing very well in the dark with his glowing yellow eyes. he also has sharp claws with which to rip and tear and defend himself rather well and is also very strong. he's the most boyish rambunctious one of the group. He has boyish pride and is very protective of his little brother Tommy. He likes comics, and playing with his BB gun and skateboard he managed to snag, and sometimes swears since no one ever taught him that wasn't okay. In fact the only one who doesn't swear is Tommy.
In the center we have Flare. She's a 14 year old S class elemental mutant. One of the strongest fire elementals there is. She's capable of incinerating you and getting as hot as a supernova. She can control fire as well as her own body temperature with relative ease though is usually warmer than most humans. She's a tough hardened big sister of the group. She's hardened and very shoot first ask questions later and will attack if she feels her little brothers are threatened. She's still quite gentle and motherly around them and does her best to keep them warm and safe.
And on the right we have Tommy. He's a ten year old B class animalistic mutant. He's the youngest and most timid, but also highly intelligent. He's very loving and cuddly too and very much the glue that holds the group together. He would be closer to A class but an accident with this strange eldritch abomination left him a bit crippled. still plenty fast though. He would be faster with his original legs. These robotic legs are actually a piece of said eldritch being infecting him and slowly spreading to the rest of him so slowly that he only feels it if it reaches a major nerve cluster. I'm thinking eventually he does get his original legs back though
