Thanks for your kind words! Most of what I do is straight acrylic. My early mythos work was a combination of pen, marker and colored pencil, but then I shifted to pure paint. For a spell tried casein, as it is very matte (scans nicely) and it can blend to a degree, but there was so little info on it and many tubes I bought were already expired... so I am back to acrylic. I do occasionally use magnification and tiny brushes for detail.
