Tis true!! The fact that you are you makes you blind to it! (Which makes little sense, but nothing does at this time o night :P (Lick) ) But really, you cannot be the author and the person praising the work. Any poet who falls in love with their current draft and thinks that all their work is amazing is one who knows little. Yeah, we get the occasional "good" piece, the one that just seemed to come to us, but for the most part, it's a bunch of stuff that we write while waiting for that one, "perfect" poem... Or am I wrong? 'Cause that's how I see it. (Even though I tend to like how mine turn out... but they still need a lot of work. I need to advance as a poet, but at the same time, I don't think it's outright garbage, which is neh... but that's a different story :P (Lick) )
