I had a quick look through your gallery and to be fair you already have a lot of 'ammunition' to take with you to a uni interview already. For animation classes I think the main thing is life drawing/studies of hands/people/animal/etc from life,as that is really showing off your drawing talent. I saw you had some hand studies in you gallery, that'll definitely help your case
Also you have a fair bit of animation, so put your best stuff on a CD and that will add brownie points... basically what tutors are looking for is someone who is genuinely interested in animation, with a solid base of drawing skills, and some creative flair too (so original character designs, drawings for fun and stuff won't go amiss either!)
I don't really remember what I took for my interview... I had a really crummy 2D animation I did in a summer school thing in Bournmouth and lots of life drawing from college.
I've heard of Teeside, but all I know about it is the name. Good luck with finding the course that's right for you!
