Oh, I'm so sorry I couldn't do anything to help. Since the message is edited, I wasn't sure what went wrong? 

To be frank, however, if it was something she didn't make it through the night with, I highly doubt anything I would've said could've helped. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss. Would it be too much to ask what the issue was?

And the kitten wasn't eating well, the mother didn't seem to be giving milk anymore so I tried to feed the kitten milk or kittwith a tiny bowl or bottle, but she sometimes wouldn't eat at all. But before she wouldn't eat much she seemed really healthy, but her meow would either sound really weak or very loud. And when she did meow loud it made a sort of warbled kind of meow. But then her health just dropped so fast, she didn't move as fast as she did, she wouldn't eat at all, and what made me heartbroken was before I went to sleep she would walk around with her chest on the ground like she was scratching it or something while meowing very loud :c

Sounds like she was the runt of the litter and so mother cats have a habit of disregarding the weakest of the litter and don't see it as 'worth it' as cold as it sounds. That actually happened to my cat Chip, but fortunately enough he wasn't too young to leave his mother. 

And I'm not having a go at you or anything, but I do hope that you didn't feed that kitten cow's milk...they're intolerant to it and it does more harm than good, despite the common myth that cats love milk when in actuality they're lactose intolerant. I know things are different where you are, but if it were me I would've immediately had the kitten taken to the vet instead of trying to intervene seeing as there is more than one thing that can go wrong with kittens and cats at any age, and the main and most common thing is something called cat flu. It's not as simple as what we humans get, and it can in fact kill cats and kittens if not properly treated, and it is highly contagious among cats. 

I'm not trying to put you down, and I am truly sorry this happened.

She didn't seem the runt though, it was more like one of the others were smaller.
And it seemed like the mother cat didn't want to feed ANY of them at all, I had to pretty much keep her in a box and guard it to make sure she didn't leave them. Cause she would stay in the box for only a couple minutes and jump out.

And I know you're not trying to go at me, but yeah I did give her some. But not as much as I gave her the formula and some water. I really wish I did bring them to the vet, but we don't really have the money to go to one.
Do you think the fact that they were born outside while it was raining is what caused them to get sick too?

Sometimes, the mother's reject the whole litter simply because of their cycles. Can't be sure. Are they all showing the same signs as the one that died?

I'm not saying it's what made her sick, but it likely didn't help that you gave her the cow's milk. I understand the funding, but maybe if there are any left you should surrender them and the mother to your nearest shelter? ASPCA, is that what they call it there? We call it the RSPCA. haha.

It's a possibility that the weather contributed, but some kittens are born with a cleft pallet and are simply unable to feed. Or sometimes they're born with an illness (i.e. cat flu) that take a lot out of them.

Actually they're all dead, the other two died before the last one did...
The others were more like they were tired. The one before this one would lay flat down on it's belly asleep, even when the mother was around
And I really forgot how the first one was like, I remembered it meowed a lot though
