Never finished school lol,I lived in LA for a while, working on random projects my buddy had and started those skateboards on top of that. I should go back to school, but I was never a student type. I'm assuming you've finished?

Naww I'm trying my hardest to be done but my school is a stupid scam and they've been successful in making it take longer to graduate- I'm total opposite I love school n going to class but only cause I'm a nerd haha but I find myself jealous of people like yourself who don't have school taking up all the time you could be spending doing art I haven't drawn in a good while because finals week just passed and I feel like I've forgotten how lol what kinda projects did you do?

I admire your nerdiness lol, though even without school, having a job can really interrupt any creative flow I gain through the week. So, its not all good. I did some artwork for a tv pilot he starred in, drawings of aliens to dress the walls of his "room". Besides that, concept work for his screenplay, which is a metal gear solid-esque super soldier action flick. Nothing presently substantial, but definitely fun to do. How long do you have to stay in school? One reason why I never continued through college, was the random reiterated courses I would've been forced to take, just to transfer to an art school. Didn't really sit too well with me.

oh yeahh especially if you work full time it just drains you to where you dont even have the energy to work on something even if you want to thats awesome though youre getting it out there.. just know that out there in the world there are random places that people are gonna see your art lol i like thinkin about that.. ive always wanted to go tagging, despite the illegalities haha just because i think itd be one of the best things to do with your art, to make it literally GO places haha im about to enter my second semester of my junior year (after a year and a half i have ONE semester of my junior year down, all thanks to our fucked up government and shitty institutions > dont even get me started!) i totally feel for you with the random classes.. my first two years were uphill for me, im a psychology major and id be sitting struggling in my astronomy class like "hmm okay so why am i here in this class again?" .. i swear its all just a scam so they can make you take more classes than you need and get more money from you. thats the part that doesnt sit well with me- when i want something i want to work my ass off to get it as fast as possible, and college has been me working my ass off to get my degree ASAP but im not getting what i work (and pay) for.. the most frustrating thing ever man.. im trying to put my angst aside and use the free time i have to do more art and get a fattt collection together. i still worry though that even if i do get my degree im not going to be in much better standing than someone without it.. there are people that i work with at Target who have a bachelors.. so i think im really starting to get on your level haha im getting over all the bullshit for nothing act

my ULTIMATE goal is to get my art on the road and movin before I even get my degree.. so hey, maybe all this school bullshit im goin thru is that opportunity i guess!

aww im sorry, if i had my way i would have stuck in the corner with my friends, i reallly hate talking to strangers it makes me so nervous and i feel super weird whatever i say, my mom was just really workin it for me ahah and she kept grabbing me to come over so i talk to anyone that had a question or something, but hey a couple glasses of wine later and im pretty good at talking to random people now ahah, your style is siick man! i really wish i could do it myself cause i love what you do on skateboards. your decks look perfect though, like theyre legit skatedeck graphics printed by a company. its funny you mention brandon boyds work thats way flattering, i loveee his art, i saw it a longg time ago when i was like 14 cause i got into incubus and he was a huge inspiration for me, i had some of his stuff on my walls forever. and hey let me know when youve got anything goin on as well! id love to follow your work i wanna make some new stuff before i embark on that craziness again.. it was sooo freaking hectic the weeks leading up to that man, total stressfest
