HEY! Just checked out your gallery and I have to say it is impressive - you can be proud of yourself. ^^
You asked me for some critique or advice but the only thing I can really say is - "keep at it!"
I myself have got that advice many times and am still keeping at it. We should always push ourselves.
Your animation is beautiful - practice subtle movements more.
I'm also at that stage where the broader stuff is at an great level but the subtle stuff and actions still need some work and practice - And I recognized precisely that in your stuff too. So..Keep at it!

But again - lovely stuff!
