Any time - it was well-deserved. I regret to say that I glanced at the end before starting - just by accident - so the ending was less of a surprise than it should have been, but it just made me appreciate the piece more as I read it. At what point in writing did you decide to go with that ending?

Thanks. And it was just after paragraph two, when I had just started writing the third, I just realised that the story could be interpreted in a whole other way.

I am flatterred by your concern for my health, fair lady (or strapping gentleman named "Sarah"). I assure it is of the utmost contentment, or rather would be if my heart did not burn with the passionate flames of a thousand planetary cores, with an all-consuming curiosity over your own well-being.
I'm fine. You?

Haven't been on here for a while.
But I love all the poetry you've put up! You know, if you want to make money you could always enter poetry competitions. [link] [I think that's it] has quite a lot, with prizes of thousands of dollars. You'd need to enter a few times because obviously it's vey popular, but I reckon you have a good chance of winning.
I have a few new deviations up... they're very long [stories and pieces of prose] but any [constructive] criticism you have is appreciated.
