Well basically, they start a google hangout and all their patrons get to join in and talk to them, and it's streamed on YouTube for the rest of the patrons to watch while they wait their turn. It's fun!

Yes, I think you can still watch it on YouTube after it's ended, but the link is unlisted since it was for patrons only, so you'd probably have to get it from a patron or the Taylors.
