Yeah I've done lots of watercolors and I wish I'd be nearly as good as yours. Teach me!

I have no idea what I'm doing, I just paint. I always feel like I'm painting in a wrong way somehow. Only thing that can help is to try and explore, I guess. Learning to paint those transparent layer is fun though. You should try to paint veils, they are actually fun to do!

do you plan your paintings or do you just come up with the ideas while you paint? I think my main problem is that I'm way too organized and I can't be very spontaneous. It's really hard to learn it as well.

Well when I do watercolor painting, I design the composition and subject(s) well beforehand, but after that it's just painting layer after layer without a specific plan. When I do digital painting, the whole working process is
quite chaotic and based on just feeling and exploring (like this www.dropbox.com/sh/hilb0voyfb2… :'D)

It seems like the best paintings are those that have been created spontaneously. Your progress in that digital painting is impressive! Didn't know this was a greyscale, you're really skilled that is for sure.

I actually have been going through my photos recently and moved around and deleted some of the stuff I had posted as stock. I still have a handful posted as stock though. I am fine with you using any of my photos as stock or references as long as I am given credit. I would love to see what you draw

It would only be for reference as i don't do photomanipulations ect. However, most of my drawings don't exactly look like their refs in the end. It's mainly for the pose and inspirational purposes. I always link to the photographers page
