i'm not that great of an artist to give you advice or anything, but just keep drawing and coloring! it helps improve your skills!

You have a great start for a 14 year old. Now is the time to focus on substance instead of style. Start drawing from photos of people to get human proportions down and start checking out layout and design books so your pics flow and have good composition.
Not bad, you're off to a good start, but take advantage of it now. Become a good artist first THEN a manga artist. Instead of the other way around. If you only study the manga / anime aspects of someone's art you're learning thier weaknesses too.
