Aww that's fun! I've been working at a wildlife rehabilitation center.
As far as school goes, photography and wildlife management for now. I'm kind of thinking of doing a double major and just minoring in one of those and adding in something else.
On top of that I've been learning how to tattoo for a while (I'll imagine your face cringing in disgust right about now), but of course I'm still not of legal age to work in a shop so that's more of just a hobby and will probably always stay that way.
Are you still going the journalism route?

Yeah you've always been into wildlife and photography, that really doesn't surprise me. I got a fairly novice SLR for my birthday this year, not for pro shots obviously but I wanted something a bit better than my shonky digital camera. I just use that on beach days and such now.
I cracked up laughing at you imaging my disgusted face. Which I didn't do by the way! Although, I do cringe at how fresh tattoos look, and don't have the stomach to watch it being done. Or have it done. So kudos to you.
And yeah, I am going the journalism route. I'm thinking of moving to the US for a while (6-12 months) when I'm in my early 20s...if I can afford it. Get more experience and travel y'know.

Yeah, yeah.. it's not a huge shocker. I never outgrew my childhood animal obsession phase, I suppose. Are you in love with your camera yet and wanting to blow all your money on lenses? I'm in dire need of an upgrade, but I keep it putting it off and spending the money on plane tickets or ridiculous things. Next year I'm determined to get it though. Damn them for being so expensive.
And that'd be fun I'm sure. What part of the US?

Hey I have an animal obsession too, it's completely okay. I am totally in love with it, and have been blowing money on lenses..illegally I've just learnt. LOL. meh. They are expensive, and a car is probably my priority right now.

Damn Howrse feels like a lifetime ago. I don't really talk to anyone from there too much, not on a regular basis at least. I talk to Samantha (luna212) every so often and that's always nice. It feels like old times. I guess she's one of the only ones that I really ever talked to the most back then that I remember at least.

Apparently buying cheap lenses from Hong Kong is illegal because Canon has a license to sell lenses in Australia or something like that. And Im getting them elsewhere for cheap? Not sure.

Ahh right on. I want so badly to be able to support my local camera store cause it's so cute, but everything is substantially more expensive that I usually cave and buy it online from B&H.
I can't even think of who else I talked to other than her (you too, obviously) and I barely even talk to her every couple of months. After the chat closed I lost contact with so many cause at the time I didn't do facebook or really anything besides MSN. Ah well though. Definitely no regrets there. I just went to Howrse's homepage and damn it's changed. Kinda crazy that some of their 'top players' are people I remember being around way back when.

Shit, yeah Howrse has changed. I've been logging in lately, and a new breed was introduced on Christmas day...GP is already 1100 for it. from 350. People clearly have no lives, to sit and blup all day every single day.

I remember mtzcowgirl from chat, I believe.. Or maybe just as a player, I'm not sure. I totally would have just created an account to see what it's all about, but they didn't have haflingers as a starter pony so I was like screw that. It's actually almost sad that people are still doing that this many years later? I mean, without a doubt it was fun before, but I'm so stoked that my life has moved forward from being obsessed with a horse game.
I actually did get facebook like three months ago! I don't have as much hatred towards it as I previously did. I might actually like it, even though I barely use it for anything.

Yeah I agree.
