#1 You have no clue one what grounds I know the person I critiqued. I've crited them numerous times and have left just as many positive comments as I have negative.
#2 You have absolutely no grounds to tell me how I should or should not critique someones work. If they do not know what is wrong with their work, how do they improve? If the person recieving the crit complains, that's one thing. The person didn't even get upset over it. You're just some punk kid that thinks he's special.
#3 If you have a beef with me, you send me a personal NOTE instead of taking it upon yourself to try to embarrass/humiliate me in front of peers.
Learn a bit of respect, it'll take you far in life.
