The concept of the first one, Decisions, was to show the very subtle differences from the male genital area and the female genital area when see with all clothing on, as people are normally seen. The idea was to show how little difference there is what sex/gender a person is on an every day basis. To blur this difference, there is a female hand with the male torso and a male hand with the female torso.
