You dont actually notice the Ship rocking because their so big!

I had no idea that Cruise ships hired photographers that weren't only taking pictures of passengers.. when the ship docks are you able to get off and take pictures of the landscape and such? Or are you forced to stay on the ship? I had a friend who worked for Carnival cruise but she said she worked the most on the ship when it was docked. I'm sorry for all the questions, it just sounds too good to be true! I wouldn' care about being sea sick if I could find a job like that
