It's obviously not. Shiki's hair and outfit are entirely different, and her eyes are too.
She kinda looks like she got muted as her entry fee and has to return Mr. Mew to Shiki? Or maybe she found it and just likes to keep it for herself?

Something about the art, music, ect they create attracts people

So if it is a sequel, I think maybe Shiki did make it big, and probably sold Mr.Mew plushies as part of her thing XD But that's just my theory

And I completely agree with you, that does NOT look like Shiki to me either. But yknow, we never see the eyes of the real Shiki , Yea the cloths and hair are completely different
It takes many years to grow long hair, and anyway this chick looks 15ish like Neku and Company

I'm hoping Shiki made it big, but they also never really mentioned much about her in the game, other than the first GM talking about her jealousy. They kept blabbing about how special Neku was, though. I'm hoping they all became special circumstances when they got back to life, because Shiki's got a lot of skill with her shit. Maybe Neku finally became more of an extrovert and attracted people through his actions? Like, his message of sorts was just like Mr. H's was with the CAT murals? I dunno.

But yea, Neku is kinda interesting... Something about his imagination is particularly special, and the reports explain why he's not only able to use the pins, but why he can use so many of them
In kh3D, Joshua also comments on Neku's power

And then the last secret report leaves you on a cliff hanger D:
Like whats going to happen to Mr.H now that he's a fallen angel and stuff? I always assumed that was going to be the plotline

Well, it could be a type of closure. It explains why things happened and how they ended a certain way.
What I would love to hear about is not what happens after you realize he's a fallen angel, but what happened before. Like, what his "life" was like before he fell, why he fell, who else was involved, and why he decided to be nice yet secretive after he gave away the taboo shit.
And, yeah, they gotta explain the bit about the friend that Neku lost and what happened with that. I mean, the ending of it is kinda done. You don't really need to know what happens after, and you really don't need to know what happened before. It's like a perfect in-the-moment game.

He decided to take action during week 2, he "officially" became fugitive when he fixed the errors in Minamimoto's taboo sigils
