Yes - I have regulary attended Otafest for the last 5 years i think as an Artist? I've also been at the Calgary Comic Expo (last year was my first year)

This will be the first year i won't be able to attend otafest though i'll be out of the country~

Ahhhhh! I thought so, you were selling Sailor Moon buttons like.... 2-3 years ago I think, right? THey looked familiar when I saw them here.
It was my first an only convention... terrifying and wonderful all at once.

That's too bad, I might actually be able to attend again and actually have some friends with me instead of a one day adventure with my parents and sister.

Ahhh how big does the Calgary Comic Expo tend to be? I've only ever been to Otafest or any convention/expo once and I still think I need to get used to the swing of things. Luckily my fear of large amounts of people isn't as bad as it used to be, unless I'm trapped in the middle of one.

I guess it's pretty big? Bigger then otafest for sure

Last year was INSANE because of the TNG group - so i'm not sure how it will be this year.... You should check out their website to see if it's something your into....I really wish i had looked into it earlier then i did - - they get some really amazing guests some years :3

I know for next year we all configured something for ECEE and had bunched ourselves together
with a few other artist friends, and bought a few tables/ and were filling things out to get our things
registered to the site. ( Like all our dA names, irl names, who's who etcetc)
Some other friends who had paired up found a problem with being under someone else's name. ( Personally I didn't
mind mine, Christina offered to me when she was doing it and I was just sdkjfhsldfk omg yayyyy sort of thing e u e )
But yeah * _ * b
it was fun trying to figure that out Sunday.
