I lived as a child in East Africa until the age of 14 when I came to England to boarding school because Kenya, Uganda and Tanganyika were gaining independence. My father then started a new job in Davis, California, so we that is where we lived until around 1965 when we returned to England. We have lived here since but we enjoy traveling to France and I have a friend who lives near Toulouse hence the visit there.
